ACTORS will spend the bulk of their time working on skills that will serve them in front of the camera: working on lines, working on fights, working on acting skills, and at the end of the week, being the principle actors in our movie. Actors will also be expected to help with set and costume production, but that will not be the main focus of their week.

CREW is a chance for campers to develop movie making skills that will serve them behind the camera: Set building/decoration, boom operation, script supervisor, dolly grip, make-up, and other tasks that are the nuts and bolts of creating a movie. At the end of the week, these campers will be instrumental in making the movie. Remember, actors get the fame, but not without all the people who make the magic happen. In addition, members of the crew will likely have small roles in the movie, but acting will not be the main focus of their week.

EITHER actor or crew is a chance for a camper to take part in the process in one or the other position, but gives the camp directors the flexibility to match these campers to the tasks that are most appropriate to their skills.

All campers may be asked to do some acting or some crew work, though we will try to be understanding if a crew member really does not want to be filmed.

Registration will be limited to 7 Actors and 3 Crew. Campers may also specify that they are willing to be either actor or crew which will increase our flexibility.

Tuition for camp is $425

The super-early-bird price is $375. This rate is available through February 28th.

The early-bird price is $400. This rate is available through April 25th.

The full tuition of $425 will then be in effect until the close of registration on June 13th.
