From the Mass Pike:

Take the MASS PIKE to Exit 10 (Worcester/Auburn/RT 12)
Follow signs for 290 East
Take exit 7 Southbridge St.
Turn Right onto Southbridge, then first right onto Water Street
At end of Water Street turn Right onto North Oxford Street
Bear Left at first Fork
Bear Left at second Fork (onto Pinehurst Ave.)
Road changes names twice (Ludlow, James)
Turn Left at traffic light onto Stafford Street
Go over the crest of the hill, and down to the bottom.
We are on the left. The building is currently marked Parker Industries
(note we are the SECOND Parker building on the left)
Go in the door marked DOOR 3 and up the stairs.
From South of Worcester:

146 North to Mass Pike West
Then continue as above

From Interstate 290:

290 West Bound: to exit 9 Auburn Street
Right Turn onto Auburn Street
Right turn onto Oxford Street
continue as above

290 East Bound: to exit 7 Southbridge Street
Right Turn onto Southbridge Street
Right turn onto Water Street
Right turn onto Oxford Street
continue as above
